I was driving home from the airport today. Going down the interstate at about 70 mph. This car with a personalized plate passed me. It read: FRMLYZ. I tell you, it is a movement.

I saw a full-sized, white Bronco in Sioux Falls last year, whose license plate read:
NOT OJ

Well, the alternative would be Sioux City.
The airport code for Sioux City is SUX. There is a very good reason for that

Well, I have been to Sioux City and Falls. I can never remember which one is in which state. I have this mental block. I was just in Sioux City a few months ago [I had to look up which one was in Iowa]. An airport? That must explain the Ford Trimotors I saw while driving up I-29. Interesting piece of history. Sioux City used to have stockyards and a large rendering plant right along I-29, which gave the city's downtown it's unique aroma. They are all closed now. The Sioux City airport is the one where UA Flight 232 crashed in 1989. Farmers are still plowing up bits of debris in their fields every spring.
The Sioux Falls airport has a separate loading/unloading area for hunting dogs. I think they have a dog run, too, IIRC. They also have a pair of resident Border Collies who chase geese off the runways. I was there once a few days before Opening Day of Pheasant Season--it is a bit disconcerting to see dozens of people milling around the baggage claim area carrying large gun cases.
